Dr. Gail is a Certified Animal Chiropractor through the American Veterinarian Chiropractic Association.  She is a 2015  Animal Chiropractic Hall Of Fame Recipient. In 2002 Dr. Gail WON a case against the State of North Carolina where she was charged with practicing Veterinary medicine without a license. The existing NC Veterinary Practice Act says that anyone assisting the well being of an animal through food, massage, grooming etc., and claiming that these services help to benefit the animal, are acting as a veterinarian according to the NC veterinarian laws. More cases may be heard with the purpose of supporting the free will of those whose passion is to support animals. As the law stands now, the owner of an animal may and needs to decide for themselves if the services provided are of benefit to the animal. By signing the animal intake form you are acknowledging that Dr. Gail is not a veterinarian and does not take responsibility for the primary care of your animal.
